ABOUT PLACEMENT :
Placement cell has been functioning in our campus since 2008. The cell interacts with reputed organizations in order to arrange campus interviews for placement of final year students. The placement cell also arranges in plant training for students in industries. The students visit the industrial units and companies to gain first-hand work experience of various industrial activities.

Goals and Objective :
The Training & Placement Cell is committed to provide all possible assistance to all students to find employment. This commitment is demonstrated by the existence of a full-time Placement Officer, contacts between companies & students. Staff members are available to respond to student’s questions and concerns of all kinds. This includes advice on placement procedures, help to prepare resumes and mock Interviews. The aim is to ensure that students have the information and skills necessary for an effective job search
Those considering careers in education or research are offered detailed career guidance at the Training & Placement Cell. All counseling is based on up to-date placement statistics and an envisioned view of future educational and industrial trends. Additionally, the Training & Placement Cell helps the students to improve their communication Skills and Presentation Skills.

Training :
Campus placement training (HR, technical, GD, Written Test and C,C++ program) is given in pre-final years for all eligible candidates through
– Consultants for inputs
– Staff for practice
– Placement officer for fine tuning
Nearly 150 hours of training is given to all eligible candidates as part of campus placement training program.
Conducts soft skills training program (100 hours) for all pre final year students through our staff trained by Infosys Technologies.
Department placement coordinators assist campus interviews and training programs.
Arranges training program on soft skills and technical subjects for staff and students through Corporates.
Conducts on line test for improvement of English Language.
