Alumni association is a hub of fond memories and experiences. The alumni association of Adithya Institute of Technology acts as a bridge between the students and the industry by providing frequent interactions with industrial personals for getting internships, projects and even sometimes referring for employment. The Institution conducts “Alumni Meet” every year. A great alumni network is shares their success stories with the current students. Adithya Institute of Technology keeping inclusive tracks of alumni with their current details. The Alumni survey is collected every year. The survey relates to their employment and further education, perceptions of institutional emphasis, estimated gains in knowledge and skills etc., while most of the participation is voluntary these individual alumni manage to contribute and support the institution, particularly when needed. It has a pivotal role in shaping and preserving the relationship between the past and the existing students on the one hand and the institute and the society on the other.
Alumni who are entrepreneurs have been guiding inputs on how to start a new venture and converting them into employer. The Alumni shares their experience in start up , financial support sectors, registration polices etc., and the association always have a discussion with the college management and staff members with their innovative suggestions to upgrade institute’s social commitment stature. The Alumni organizes lectures regarding career guidance. The alumni also help the institution by persuading industries and other agencies in getting placements.
In our institution, Alumni are became as Brand ambassadors, Recruiters, source of revenue through donations and memberships, source of expertise and mentorship for current students. Our Alumni association keeps an updated database,Share campus news,provide networking opportunities,Start a mentorship program, etc. This approach very useful to share alumni data, builds lifelong relationships, drive event attendance,Increase funds etc.
